How is this class different to others?

  • We use breath as our focus. Through the process of mindfulness, we slowly become aware of what we really are down below the ego image. We wake up to what life really is.

  • Through mindfulness, When the mind is fully attending to what’s happening, to what you’re doing, to the space you’re moving through.

  • Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

  • Vipassana (breath focused meditation) can be translated as “Insight,” a clear awareness of exactly what is happening as it happens. It is a gradual process of ever-increasing awareness into the inner workings of reality itself. 

  • This is the truest form of Mindfulness available to mankind and an ancient, revered gift.

  • Other forms of meditation provide an experience that is beautiful, delightful, meaningful and alluring...but only temporary. 

 

4 Session Program is a group mindfulness meditation class where you will learn:

  • A deeply pure meditation, based on Vipassana - a gentle technique, but it also is very, very thorough.

  • Mastery of the mind -An ancient and codified system of training your mind, a set of exercises dedicated to becoming more and more aware of your own life experience. It is attentive listening, mindful seeing and careful testing.  

  • Active control over the 'monkey-mind'

  • A profound, personal energy clearing

  • An opportunity to share your thoughts. This allows you to be heard and honours a gentle soul connection between all group members

  • Breath strategies

  • Mindfulness coaching and techniques

When: Tuesday nights: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Pregnancy Ease

Pregnancy & Birthing Ease is an empowering prenatal  program that assists women to ease the anxiety and stress surrounding pregnancy and birth.

 

All mothers deserve to embrace this divine journey as one of the most glorious experiences for a woman and I am passionate about facilitating and supporting you through this.

4 Session Program is a group Natal class offering:

  • essential strategies in Breath, Relaxation and Visualisation to savour the experience of pregnancy and birthing.

  • ease the fear & anxiety during pregnancy and childbirth by healing the past.

  • eases morning sickness and/or hyperemesis

  • utilises hypnosis and the power of suggestion to tap into the part of your mind that's responsible for bodily functions (your heart rate, hormone production, and digestive system, as well as your emotions)

  • connection and bonding in preparation, before holding your baby

  • teaches how to de-stress and calm yourself

  • improves sleep and quality of rest

  • gives you control, as and when you need it

  • decreases the pain level of contractions

Anxiety Ease

Self-Healing Meditation/Hypnosis 

The program is designed to help you release past traumas and old blocks, leading you to becoming more centred and embodied again and thus stronger in the world.

You will be gently guided to go within and re-connect with yourself in a deeper genuine way to help release past holdings and stresses. It can be likened to an active meditation, or a therapeutic mindfulness process designed to re-connect you with more of your real inner spirit which then helps old stresses and problems to release.

This program is unique and is developed by myself to facilitate and support people to embody themselves to heal the past. It incorporates aspects of Mindfulness, Hypnosis, Vipassana, Meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT & SET) and Breathe Therapy, as well as the latest methods in healing the limiting effects of past trauma and other emotional issues

4 Session Program is a class to heal and ease the anxiety, and offers:   

  • A safe, sacred space filled with calming, soothing energy 

  • A profound, personal energy clearing

  • An opportunity to share your thoughts (if you are comfortable). This allows you to be heard and honours a gentle soul connection between all group members
