What happens in
Initially, we'll have a chat until you feel comfortable. I'll take note of your clinical history to establish a clinical record and ensure you are feeling safe, comfortable and secure.
Goals for therapy are discussed and agreed and a full explanation of hypnosis is provided. Any questions or misconceptions about hypnosis are discussed and distilled.
The length of treatments depends on the problem or symptom and your individual circumstances. For weight loss, if it has taken a long time to gain the weight, please be aware that your goals will take some time. At first meeting weekly, then spaced out visits according to your progress.
In the course of the therapy, you will be provided with a highly effective Hypnosleep recording to listen to atleast once each night and relaxation/mindfulness strategies and tools to individualised to suit your requirements.
Sessions are approximately 1 hour and the VGB Program is 4 weekly sessions and you are required to listen atleast twice each day to the recordings provided to enhance you achieving your goals.
